The Puget Sound Meat Producers Cooperative has enjoyed numerous successes during 2010.
PSMPC increased operations to as many as 4 days during a week, at 4 different Operational Sites. Membership has been steady, with a slight increase in voting members. Through the summer PSMPC operated regularly at 3 sites, supporting an increase in production for our Members.
PSMPC has supported education in participation with WSU and local High Schools. The support has varied from on site services, to providing specimens for educational projects.
2010 ended with our financials in the positive, and a 2011 Budget forecasting a 62 % increase in Operations.
2011 Operations will begin on Tuesday, January 4th, and each Tuesday thru February. Call or email me directly for locations and to schedule.
The website has been updated with current pricing and new Membership applications. We plan to add a Calendar and a Members Only section.
